As the Executive Vice President (EVP), Performance Marketing, you will lead all direct response advertising across the company and its portfolio of brands, driving measurable revenue growth while improving customer acquisition efficiency. You will oversee a large performance marketing organization responsible for optimizing growth across channels including search, social, programmatic, direct mail, affiliates, and lead buying. The role combines rigorous performance management, advanced optimization techniques, and the adoption of emerging technologies to continuously enhance marketing effectiveness and scalability. The EVP partners closely with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and other senior executives while collaborating with brand marketing teams to execute a full funnel strategy that accelerates sustainable growth across the company's brands.
